Week One: Day One

Day One: First Studio Day

The first studio day required us to bring in ten personal objects of our past and present. We then drew or photographed these objects in a way that not only depicted them as they were, but additionally tried to show off the memory that each item held. I personally, choose to depict my item mainly through drawing, but I later also chose to photograph them. Below are some of my drawings and images.

With these two small drawing in particular, they mainly show off the item themselves rather than any kind of specific memory, and though I think this works, looking back, a some detailed and creative depictions of my objects may have been more successful. Though as I only wanted to capture them in a simplified way, I think these drawings achieve that.
